There is no Kova account
Kova requires no sign-in and keeps no personal account to delete. An Apple subscription is not a Kova account.
Delete local data
Delete entries using controls in the app. To remove all local data, delete the app from the device. This does not cancel an Apple subscription.
Cancel a subscription
Manage or cancel in Apple Settings → your name → Subscriptions, or use Apple’s official subscription page.
Service data
Published stories belong to participants who consented. To request removal or exercise rights over data controlled by Kova SpA, email odonoso@kovapp.org.
If something fails
Contact support. We do not promise immediate deletion where law requires retention; any applicable exception will be explained.
