There is no Kova account
Kova requires no sign-in and keeps no personal account to delete. An App Store or Google Play subscription is not a Kova account.
Delete local data
Delete entries using controls in the app. To remove all local data, delete the app from the device. This does not cancel an app-store subscription.
Cancel a subscription
Manage or cancel the subscription through Apple’s App Store or Google Play, depending on your device. Kova SpA cannot cancel it on your behalf.
Service data
Published stories belong to participants who consented. To request removal or exercise rights over data controlled by Kova SpA, email odonoso@kovapp.org.
If something fails
Contact support. We do not promise immediate deletion where law requires retention; any applicable exception will be explained.
