1. License
Kova grants a personal, limited, revocable, non-exclusive and non-transferable license for personal, non-commercial use.
2. Permitted use
You may not copy, sell, interfere with, reverse engineer, decompile or seek unauthorized access except where applicable law expressly permits it.
3. Not medical care
Kova is not a medical service or device, does not diagnose, treat or cure, does not replace professional care, and does not provide emergency services.
4. Subscriptions
Subscriptions are purchased and managed through Apple. Renewals, cancellations and refunds follow Apple’s terms and the information shown before purchase.
5. Intellectual property
The Kova name, logo, software, design and content belong to Kova SpA or are used with permission.
6. Availability and liability
Features may vary by region and connectivity. Nothing excludes non-waivable consumer rights or liability that law does not allow us to exclude.
7. Changes and governing law
We may update these terms and will communicate material changes. Chilean law applies without limiting mandatory protections in the user’s country.
